Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover 70mm IMAX Tracker at 70mmtracker.com, brought to you by Frontrow. By using the site or setting a watch, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 to use the service. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. The service is not directed at children under 13.
What this service is
70mm IMAX Tracker watches publicly available showtime and seat information for IMAX 70mm auditoriums and tells you when it changes. It is a notice, not an inventory. Tickets are sold by the theaters and the chains, who control availability, price and checkout.
What we do not do
We do not buy, hold, reserve or resell tickets, and we never will. We do not act on your behalf at any box office. An alert does not keep a seat for you, and a seat we saw a moment ago may be gone by the time you open the link.
Your account
Setting a watch creates a Frontrow account tied to your email address, the same account the Frontrow iPhone app uses. One account per person. Use an address that is yours, and keep access to it secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in with the code we send. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the service or breaks these terms.
Price
The service is free: every room, every film, and the seat watch by email. Nothing is charged. If we ever offer a paid plan, we will say so here and by email first, and the free email seat watch stays free.
Acceptable use
Please do not use bots or scripts to sign up or set watches, scrape the site, try to get around our security or anyone's account, overload or abuse our email system, or sign up an email address that is not yours. We may remove a watch or close an account that does any of these.
Fair use
Watches are for your own moviegoing. Do not use the alerts to buy tickets for resale above face value, which the theaters forbid and which gets tickets cancelled. Do not scrape or republish this site. We may remove a watch or an account that does either.
Our content and theirs
The site, its design and its text belong to Frontrow. You may link to any page and share what you read for personal use.
Film titles, images and other film material belong to their studios and rights holders. Film images are shown through TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. IMAX is a trademark of IMAX Corporation.
Independence
70mm IMAX Tracker is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by IMAX Corporation, AMC Theatres, Regal, Cinemark, Cineplex, Harkins, Universal, Legendary, Warner Bros. or Lucasfilm. Trademarks and film titles belong to their owners and are used here to describe what is playing.
Other sites
Alerts and pages link to theater and chain websites so you can buy tickets. Those sites are run by others, under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them or for anything you buy there.
Best effort
We check often and send quickly, but we cannot promise that every change is seen, that every alert is delivered, or that any alert arrives in time. Email passes through systems we do not control. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that it is fit for a particular purpose, accurate or uninterrupted, to the extent the law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed showing, a ticket you did not get, or a ticket you paid more for. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $10 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law while using the service and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
Ending your use
You can stop any time: unsubscribe from alerts, or write to hello@70mmtracker.com to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, and we may change or stop the service. If we stop a paid plan, we will tell you ahead of time. The sections on liability, indemnity and governing law still apply after your use ends.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change is material, we email account holders before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Frontrow's operator is based. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place you live.
